Terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and by accessing this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below.

If you do not wish to comply with these terms and conditions, then you should not place an order and enter into a contract.

Please note that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We aim to provide a high quality website,

to allow for our website to remain of a high quality we may occasionally modify or withdraw this website without notice,

change the terms and conditions or alter the site at any time.

If inaccuracies are found on the site Justbedsonline.co.uk will aim to change them as soon as possible.

 

Accuracy of content

Justbedsonline.co.uk has taken all care to ensure the information contained in the website is correct,

in particular the prices displayed on the website.

However, we reserve the right to not accept orders if there is an error in the description or pricing of the goods being ordered.

The colour of the furniture as shown in pictures is of the best quality we could provide. However, changes in computer monitors of the user could mean the colours are slightly inaccurate.

 

Processing your order and delivery dates

When an order is placed you will be contacted with estimated delivery dates.

These are only estimates and are subject to change but we endeavour to keep all our orders within the delivery timeframe.

If, for an unforeseeable reason, the delivery needs to be delayed, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

 

Delivery

Delivery rates will be displayed on the website and can be delivered to the UK Mainland.

We aim to deliver all items in 7 - 14 days after accepting an order.

Any dates and times quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only.

The Goods may be delivered to you in advance of any quoted date upon giving you reasonable notice.

 

In order to keep costs down the courier service that we use cannot deliver to floors above ground level, therefore items ordered will only be delivered to the ground floor entrance of the house or ground floor entrance of flats or apartments.

 

Justbedsonline.co.uk can take away old furniture at an additional cost of £30 per item on request.

 

Goods delivered/removed by Justbedsonline.co.uk or by a third party contracted to undertake delivery/removal on our behalf, only to/from the customer's Ground floor entrence.

 

If you, or any member of the household, request that the Item is taken/removed from inside the property and any damage to fixtures, fittings (such as lampshades, tables etc.) or the structure of the house i.e. plasterwork or brickwork occurs, the customer undertakes not to hold Justbedsonline.co.uk, it's employees or sub-contractors responsible for any such damage should it occur. Such an action is undertaken solely on the individual customer's own responsibility.

 

Justbedsonline.co.uk will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods (even if caused by our negligence).

 

If you place an order for a 6' mattress on its own, would you please ensure that someone is available to help the driver unload the items at your house.

 

Do We Deliver at Weekends?

We do also offer a Saturday delivery at an additional charge of £10.00. Sunday delivery at an additional charge of £25.00. Orders need to be placed in advance.

 

What Should I Do When My Order Arrives?

It is very important that you check the items upon delivery.

 

Return of goods

We only accept returns within 7 days from delivery date and the item is still brand new condition in original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly/inflation has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.

 

You must make the Goods available and accessible for collection in the original packaging and the original unassembled condition in which you received it.

 

In the event that the goods are either damaged on arrival, faulty or incorrect, which requires the goods to be returned. You may return the items through your own specified courier or we can get these collected using our own courier at the charges, where upon the buyer can either cancel the order, or request a replacement item.

 

All returns carriage costs will be borne by you the sender, unless deemed that the product was either damaged on arrival, faulty or incorrect. We can offer a collection of goods for a fee of £50.00. The consumer however is not obliged to use this service, and can arrange their own return of goods.

 

Payment

Payment methods include: Google Checkout, Paypal and Credit Card.

Justbedsonline.co.uk do not accept any responsibility for cash sent in the post.

This method of payment should not be used.

 

Right To Cancel The Contract

 

You may cancel the Contract at any time during the Cancellation Period (7 Days) by giving us written notice.

If you do not cancel the Contract in accordance with the terms,

you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods (except any manufacturing faults) and will not be able to return the Goods to us.

The right to cancel applies only to contracts effected over the Internet.

 

 

Cancellation

 

If we have delivered the Goods to you but you want to cancel the Contract,

then you must retain possession and take good care of the Goods until you send your cancellation notice to us.

The goods cannot be used and must be in the exact condition they were delivered in.

If you are unable to return the item we can offer pick up at the same cost as delivery (above).

 

If you cancel the contract before or after the goods are delivered there will be an restocking  charge of £20 (£40 for next day delivery items),

which will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Delivery and collection chargers are non-refundable.

 

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Any goods that we are unable to supply will be refunded in full.

Any items that are not in stock have a lead time. This lead time is an estimated time supplied to us by the manufacturer of the goods. The manufacturer aim to supply us with the goods within this time; however this is not always possible. Where there are delays we aim to notify you as soon as we are informed.

 

Your guarantee

We offer a 12-month guarantee unless otherwise stated.

The guarantee starts from the date of delivery.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

 

Making a Claim

To make a claim under the guarantee or warranty, we will require details of the order No. Or a copy of the order confirmation e-mail. Without this we cannot guarantee we will be able to trace your order details, which would result in us not being able to verify your claim.

 

Special Products

Products that have been made by specifications received from the customer (i.e. tailored products)

cannot be cancelled once the payment has been received.

 

Miscellaneous

Justbedsonline.co.uk accepts no responsibility for failure to meet any conditions due

to circumstances outside of our control.

If any section of these terms and conditions is shown by any competent authority to be invalid,

the validity of the remaining sections shall not be affected.

 

Complaints Procedure

Every effort is made to ensure each customer receives a high level of service, however,

should you have a complaint about the Goods or our service, you should contact us by:

We will endeavor to respond to your complaint within 14 working days of receiving it.

Our response will tell you:

The course of action we propose in response to your complaint;

Within 14 days of our response,

we shall inform you of our substantive response to the complaint and our proposal for resolution.

If you are not content with our proposal,

you may elect to have your complaint reviewed by a senior,

who will review your complaint and respond substantively within a further 21 days.
